Paint in watercolor or use pastels and other drawing materials to capture the magical vistas of the Hudson River and the unique landscape of South Cove. An artist/educator will help participants of all levels with instruction and critique. Materials provided, and artists are encouraged to bring their own favorite media.
MOVING INDOORS: Join experienced anglers for catch-and-release fishing and learn about life in the Hudson River. The day also includes an art project and a nature walk. Plus: don’t miss a live performance from carnaval troupe Bloco from the Block.

The award-winning film is a portrait of George Anthony Morton, a renowned classical painter, who spent a decade in federal prison. While he was incarcerated, George turned to painting as a means of survival and a tool for healing. Represent Justice has partnered with Battery Park City Authority and the Fortune Society on a screening as part of the film's impact campaign.
