Community-Center

PERMIT APPLICATION WINDOW NOW OPEN

The permit applications period for reserved use of space at CCSHS during the Winter 2022/2023 season is now open. Permit applications may be accepted after the application period if space is available. All permit applications will be accepted via the electronic e-permit system located on the Battery Park City Authority website: https://staging.bpca.ny.gov/apply/permits/. The winter season begins December 1, 2023 and continues through February 28, 2023. Permit requests for dates beyond this period will not be considered.

    The Spring 2023 sessions of swimming lessons will begin the last week of April. Registration must be done in person at the Community Center by April 22 and is on a first come, first served basis. Registration will not be accepted over the phone or by email.

    In order to properly place students in the correct class for their ability level, swim evaluations will take place in the pool on the following dates:
    April 22, 1- 5PM
    April 23, 1- 5PM

    Beginner 1: 1 – 1:45PM
    Beginner 2: 1:45 – 2:30PM

    Intermediate 1: 2:30 – 3:15PM
