Join us for an intimate talk with BPCA art educators who will share antidotes from their many seasons teaching in Battery Park City. They will discuss the current exhibition and what techniques they use to encourage artistic expression with class participants as well as how they find inspiration for their own work.
Strengthen the whole body from warm-up to cool-down with various fun exercises. The instructor will lead you in rhythmic movement and aerobics, balance and coordination exercises, as well as strength training. Come join the group and workout to great music!
