Strengthen the whole body from warm-up to cool-down with various fun exercises. The instructor will lead you in rhythmic movement and aerobics, balance and coordination exercises, as well as strength training. Come join the group and workout to great music!

Learn to play this popular game of skill, strategy, and luck that is enjoyed around the world. Mah Jongg is a fun way to meet people, sharpen the mind, and exercise memory. An experienced instructor will offer free lessons to novices and players of all levels. Lessons will begin January 31st and continue on Tuesdays going forward from 2-4PM at 200 Rector Place in the Community Room. Click into the event to RSVP.

Classes designed for children to experience chess at their level: Beginners (Pawns), for kids to learn how the pieces move, intermediate (Knights), where kids who know how the pieces move learn strategy and tactics, and advanced (Rooks), for kids with experience.
