South Cove is a special place in spring, and what better time than Saturday mornings to practice your art! Participants are expected to bring their own drawing and painting supplies, including drawing boards and containers of water if they are planning to paint. BPCA will supply drawing paper and watercolor paper only. No program 5/29, 6/18

Strengthen the whole body from warm-up to cool-down with a variety of fun exercises. The instructor will lead you in aerobics, balance and coordination exercises, as well as strength training. Come join for a fun workout in the fresh air! Participants are expected to bring their own equipment: weights, water bottle, hand towel, etc. No program 5/31.

3-4PM, ROCKEFELLER PARK
Kick start your afternoon with seasonal recreation activities! Practice the basics of sports with fun and challenging games and drills for all levels. Skill-building sessions focused on balance, coordination, and awareness. Closed-toe shoes and soccer ball required. No program 5/31.

Develop self-defense skills and overall fitness. The biomechanics of the sport require developing power from the legs up, resulting in a total-body workout. Free with CCSHS annual membership or purchase of day pass.

Exercise in disguise! Join in on the fun featuring easy-to-follow Latin dance choreography while working on your balance, coordination and range of motion. Come prepared for enthusiastic instruction, a little strength training, and a lot of fun. Participants are expected to bring their own equipment: weights, water bottle, hand towel etc.

2:15 -2:45 PM, ROCKEFELLER PARK
An introduction to organic gardening for children 3-5 years old with accompanying adults. This program will offer weekly themes and activities geared for young children to enjoy BPCA's organic gardening practices. Activities will focus on the ways we can celebrate how beneficial insects, birds and plants interact in our unique urban garden.
• This is a free, drop-in program with no pre-registration required, and the program is conducted as space allows.
