This weekend, volunteer with BPCA virtually by taking part in the socially – distanced BPC Wildlife Observation Survey. Analyzing the data collected from park visitors and staff helps us create a better habitat for native insects and migratory birds that call Battery Park City home. All you need is a smart phone for this on-going project that can be done any time you visit BPC. Free Wi-fi may be available by connecting to the Downtown Alliance and Battery Park City networks. All programs will be held in accordance with New York State reopening guidance.

Singer/songwriter Terre Roche leads this weekly singing program with the beautiful backdrop of the setting sun in NY Harbor. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned crooner, the singing circle is perfect for mellow melodies and healthy harmonizing. Participants are expected to bring their own equipment: blankets, instruments, water, etc. No program 5/28
