Notice is hereby given that the following meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Battery Park City Authority (the “Authority”), 200 Liberty Street, 24th Floor, New York, NY 10281:

The Meeting is open to the public for observation, but not for direct participation. The press is welcome to attend.

In addition, elected officials are encouraged to bring any issues of community concern before the Board for discussion with the Members.
