Contemporary Asian American Ballads

Spend evenings in Battery Park City listening to eclectic voices presented by Asian American Writers’ Workshop. The poets performing are Yi Wei, Emily Lee Luan, and Abigail Mengesha. AAWW helps define contemporary Asian American literature and provides an alternative platform that addresses issues at the intersection of migration, race, and social justice.

The free poetry series continues June 1, July 6.
