BPCA-CB1 Bicycles Working Group Public Meeting

With Manhattan Community Board 1, BPCA established a Bicycles Working Group to solicit feedback and develop recommendations for bicycle usage on the Battery Park City Esplanade. First announced last summer, the working group held its kickoff meeting in December 2016. This will be the second meeting of the group.
