Join us for the next meeting of the Battery Park City Authority Board on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 @ 1oam, 200 Liberty Street, 24th Floor Board Room.

As announced at our previous board meeting, public comment session will now be included at BPCA Board Meetings, with agendas made available 48 hours in advance of scheduled meetings.

If you wish to comment, please send a request to boardcomment@bpca.ny.gov by 5:30pm on Tuesday, December 6, including either the agenda item you wish to comment on, or description of the matter(s) on which you’d like to comment.

Up to 10 speakers will be allocated time to speak during any public comment period, with each speaker provided two (2) minutes to make his / her comments.

If more than 10 speakers wish to address the board, priority will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis to those who have submitted comment requests.

The BPCA Board reserves the right to prioritize comments that have not been previously raised.
