The kick-off meeting of the BPCA-Manhattan Community Board 1 joint working group to solicit feedback and develop recommendations for bicycle usage on the Battery Park City Esplanade will occur on Monday, December 5. This partnership effort was first announced earlier this year, and the meeting is open for the public to attend.
