ASL@MJH — Every Object Tells a Story

May 10, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Museums tell stories through artifacts. Our family histories are also revealed in material culture. Bring your own family heirloom to this workshop! It can be a photograph, a ritual object, a piece of jewelry, a travel document, a kitchen item, a musical instrument, for example – anything that is connected to your heritage. Come ready to share its story as we closely examine your artifacts.

This program will be interpreted by certified ASL interpreters. Due to space constraints, sign language students are not permitted. To register, click here.
