Exciting Horticulture Discovery!

The professionals of the BPC Parks Horticulture department discovered a unique life form thriving in their thermal compost yesterday.   Tardigrades, also known as Waterbears, are a resilient species of water-dwelling, segmented micro-animals, with eight legs.  They are one of the astonishing life forms currently featured in the Museum of Natural History’s exhibition, “Life At the Limits”.
